Instructions for making payments with PayPal:

If you have a PayPal account, select the Class Code below, enter an E-Mail address and click on the PayPal button.

If you do not have a PayPal account but would like one to pay online (our only online payment option) then go to www.paypal.com or select a class code, enter an E-Mail address and click on our PayPal button.
Then select "Sign Up" for PayPal.

Be sure to return and complete the form in Step 3.
